Took my Tiguan in for an estimate after an accident. The team at Whitby collision did an excellent job of looking over the car and personally showed me the areas that were effected by the accident. After I was booked in the work was completed quickly and the quality was excellent I highly recommend Whitby Collision if you are in need of auto-body repairs.

Took my car in for an estimate and they booked in in for service on the same date. I was notified about my vehicles progress every step of the way by my advisor Pauline. All the transactions with my insurance company were handled by Whitby Collision as well as receiving a rental car onsite with no headaches. If there are any positives to getting in a fender bender, dealing with Whitby Collision is one of them. I would highly recommend them if your car is ever in need of work.

Took my Audi Q7 in after getting hit by a cart in a parking lot. My car was repaired quickly and looked better then new all while almost meeting the exact price that was quoted during the estimate. Since I was not going through insurance it was great to get a heads up of the exact price with no surprises. I will return if I ever need body work again.

Lisa and her team were professional from start to finish. She promised they’d ‘take care of my baby’ and she stayed true to her word. My technician, Tyler was able to deliver the repair in a timely manner, and my vehicle looks great!

I recently had my 2011 VW golf into their shop to have some warranty rust work completed. From the moment I dropped off to the day I picked up I received what I consider to be top notch service. Jordyn and Tyler went over and above to make sure I received timely updates and the best customer service. You really get the feeling that you just aren’t another number. They care for your car like it’s their own. When I was picking up I also had the pleasure of meeting the technician who completed the work and once again I was blown away.
