We want our customers to be aware of the steps that should be taken when an accident occurs for their own safety and to protect their vehicles from any further damage. Below are some easy steps to follow when an accident happens with either minor or major damage.

Is Anyone Hurt?
Accidents can be very traumatic. In the event of a collision, first, ensure that you or your passengers are not seriously injured. In the event of an emergency, call 911.
Do Not Drive
Do not drive a damaged vehicle that cannot be operated safely. Clear traffic if possible, turn off the ignition and leave lights or signals on if practical and safe.
Establish Drivers
Establish the driver or drivers of the vehicles involved in the collision immediately. Beware of individuals who attempt to flee the scene. This is a crime and report their license plate.
Warn Traffic
If possible, warn oncoming traffic of the collision with flares or flagging.
Contact Police
In case of an emergency, call 911 to notify them of the accident and to send an ambulance. If it is not an emergency situation, you are still required to contact Police to notify them of the collision.
Collect Information
List the information that you will need to provide to your insurance agent and also about the other driver(s). You will need to provide proof of insurance to the other driver and police.

The second step in our process is to assess the damage to the vehicle and note what needs repair. Our certified Appraisers will assess the damage based on observations.
STEP THREE
The third step in our process is to provide you with a detailed estimate of all that will be required for the repair. Our Estimators will ensure that all is accounted for to restore your vehicle and deal with the insurance adjusters.
STEP FOUR
The fourth step in our process is to go ahead with the repairs and do the necessary work to make the accident un-happen. Our factory-trained specialist will restore your vehicle to original factory specifications.
